And, the next project is... Jimmy and Erica's wedding cakes. Starting Sunday, baking and making... I'm excited to get started! The bride's cake will be 4 tiers, 3 flavors, white butter cream, black scrolls, black band around each tier and red roses scattered around. And all thou, this cake has the same colors as the Crane cake it will be totally different. The groom's cake will be one flavor covered with fondant..this one is going to be fun!
